Make sure you get plenty of protein. Try to fill up on veggies. Drink plenty of water - also herbal teas and diet sodas are close enough to zero calories and can help you feel full. Check out r/volumeeating for inspiration. You shouldn't be feeling fatigued, weak, dizzy and painfully hungry.

Then, there are plenty of foods in the middle!
I've looked on other sites and the internet to try to find some ideas I can use for low cal high volume snacks but, alas, I'm a bit picky and have been having trouble finding ideas. I like eating raw veggies but only when dipped in high calorie dips which isn't conducive to healthy eating.

final edit: one thing i enjoy that seems like it's low calorie and high volume is .5 cup brown rice (150 cal) .5 cup refried beans(120 cal), 1/4 cup shredded cheese (110 cal), 2 cans of chicken (180 cal) and 3 tbsp of salsa (15 cal), i just stir it all together in the pan after the rice is done and it seems like a lot of food to my eyes for 575
Ratatouille, but instead of frying the eggplants, zucchini etc, you simply cook two onions and garlic with two tbsp of olive oil on low heat and dump about 4 cans of crushed tomatoes, and 2 lbs each of chopped red bell peppers, eggplants and zucchini and stew it for about 30 mins -add water so everything is covered.
