A clamp broke on me Tuesday morning. AA came and found it but couldn't get a part. I've ordered the clamp, new injector washer and the clamp bolt. The thing that nobody could tell me (even Ford with any certainty) is the torque settings. Ford said they think it should be 7Nm + 55 degrees but they weren't sure! If u want to go mental, bigger turbo, bigger intercooler. Then remap again to get the most out of it! P. I am now stuck to the fastening of the crankshaft pulley retaining bolt. The manual says to torque in 2 steps: 1 to 32 Nm and then further 180 degrees. My understanding for the second step is that the bolt must be rotated another half turn from the 32 Nm point. Half turn from that seems a bit too much and I am scared I am gonna brake the bolt.
